Whit has been a practicing registered massage therapist for more than seven years.

She believes each individual is unique and tailors each treatment specifically to each client’s needs. Focusing on rehabilitative massage, she uses a wide variety of techniques during treatment. These include trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, active stretching, and Swedish massage among others.

Whit has proven success in treating conditions ranging from musculoskeletal injuries, headaches, postural dysfunctions, to chronic pain conditions.

She practices Vinyasa Yoga and has a keen interest in holistic healing practices.

When Whit is not helping clients at Apana Massage Collective, she can be found outdoors; bike-packing, hiking or camping.

Whit continues to upgrade her expertise in the field of massage therapy through continuous learning that help broaden her knowledge and hone her skills.
